Winery #1 - Point of the Bluff Vineyards

A short drive from picturesque Hammondsport, start at Point of the Bluff. Known for excellent ice wines, the dry and sensational Rosé will catch your attention. With soaring views and an awesome music venue, they also have a great canned series inspired by local aviation history, including Hangar 17. Website

Winery #2 - Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery

Next stop, one of the more famous wineries on the east coast. Dr. Frank's is the perfect combination of exceptional vintages and breathtaking views. While Riesling is where it's at, try the Rkatsiteli. It might just be your new favorite. One that none of your friends has ever heard of. Website

Winery #3 - Bully Hill Vineyards

With a restaurant offering panoramic views and delicious food, Bully Hill is a must. After lunch tasting at a winery built around the motto “wine with laughter” is an absolute blast. Focusing mostly on hybrid grapes, the wines range from sweet (yummy Ravat 51) to the much drier Seyval Blanc. Website

Winery #4 - Keuka Lake Vineyards

What Keuka Lake Vineyards lacks in size, it makes up for quality specializing in small batches of fine dry wines. Never would expect their wines to be in restaurants in NYC, DC, even Japan. Until you try them. You will especially love the Vignoles and Leon Millot. Website

Winery #5 - Heron Hill Winery

With spectacular views of vineyards and the lake, a stunning tasting room, and a wine range of wonderful wines Heron Hill is a great spot to end your day. Focused on sustainability since they started almost 45 years ago, Heron Hill is a treat for the eyes and the palate. Website
