After the success of other culinary endeavors like Element Winery in Arkport, F.L.X. Table in Geneva, and F.L.X. Weinery in Dundee, talented Chef and Master Sommelier Christopher Bates has brought his expertise and unique culinary vision to Market Street with three exceptional culinary offerings in one location.
Part satellite tasting room for Element Winery, part wine bar serving a number of excellent Finger Lakes wines, as well as charcuterie boards, tapas, and craft beer, F.L.X. Provisions enhances the already impressive Steuben Wine offerings throughout the county while also offering a unique experience to Corning’s Gaffer District.
Also on the first floor, you’ll fine The Quincy Exchange (aka Quincy on Market), an upscale bistro which brings a variety of treats to the senses from the overall aesthetic of the wide open space, making it “a vibrant and socially distanced dining experience” in an historic neighborhood, to the creative dishes.
Add in the bright, beautiful mural-decorated Garden Room for a feel and experience unlike any other in Corning. Featuring “fresh, seasonal dishes complimented by a thoughtful bar program and curated wine list with carefully made selections from around the world.”
On the second floor, but as yet not ready to open, is The Maillard Club, which will offer a high-end dining experience, with over 1,000 different wines to choose from, elegant and creative dishes, an open-kitchen concept with a few stools at the bar for those interested in watching the culinary happenings. There will also be a separate private dining room for events and special occasions.
