Thanksgiving Dinner and Thanksgiving to Go

About

This month, Radisson Hotel Corning is getting back to its roots as a local dining destination with a variety of culinary events ranging from Thanksgiving Dinner to Go to new fall dine-in menus!

Radisson Hotel Corning complies with all New York State COVID-19 health and safety regulations to protect customers and staff, including indoor seating capacities, tables distanced at least 6-feet apart, and mandatory mask-wearing inside the hotel when not seated.

Thanksgiving Dinner: A time-tested, favorite family tradition returns on November 26th when Radisson Hotel Corning hosts its annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the public.   The culinary team is planning a lavish bounty of seasonal ala carte recipes for dine-in or to-go.  With seating in the hotel’s signature restaurant, Grill 1-2-5, Thanksgiving Dinner at Radisson Hotel Corning gives families an afternoon filled of chef-driven, holiday nostalgia.  The extravagant banquet plays off the restaurant’s emphasis: local, fresh, and seasonal products prepared with an artistic eye.  Hand-crafted and served in a harvest decorated dining room, the Thanksgiving Dinner menu includes options like: butternut squash soup, roast turkey with traditional bread stuffing, roast prime rib of beef, filet mignon, cedar plank salmon, ginger baked ham, homemade apple crumb, pumpkin and pecan pies and much more.  Dine-in Thanksgiving Dinner seatings are:  1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm and 5pm and reservations can be made by calling 607 962 5000 extension 127. For those who prefer to have a chef-crafted Thanksgiving Dinner at home, Radisson offers whole roasted turkey family meals (or just individual turkeys) to go.  Reservations must be made by November 19.

New Fall Menus and Hours: A selection of seasonal offerings have been introduced at the Modern American concept, Grill 1-2-5.  Mirroring the restaurant’s casually artistic direction, Director of Food & Beverage Ken Knowles has designed elegant dishes that are relatable, yet progressive in execution.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner service this fall at Grill 1-2-5 evokes a warm and inviting culinary experience in the Southern Finger Lakes.  Examples off the new fall menus include: butternut squash soup with crunchy maple croutons; autumn apple salad; broiled haddock filet “New Brunswick” with sauteed mushrooms and mashed sweet potato; crab cake stuffed shrimp with spaghetti squash and smoked paprika aioli; seared scallops with mushroom-parmesan risotto, pumpkin oil and spaghetti squash; lamb loin chops with feta mashed potatoes, crab cake sandwich with arugula, tomato and smoked paprika aioli and much more.
