Month of Love Events at Grill 1-2-5

About

The Modern American restaurant inside the historic Radisson Hotel Corning (radisson.com/corningny) has announced several new couples events this February in conjunction with the hotel’s infamous Month of Love campaign.   The Gaffer District’s “hotel with heart” and its signature restaurant are going above and beyond in the name of romance all February.  With offerings ranging from aphrodisiac-infused food and drinks and a Valentine's Dinner Dance to a Craft Beer Dinner and a Mardi Gras Food Fest, Radisson Hotel Corning is the place to be for starry-eyed couples throughout the month to come.

February 14: Valentine’s Day Dinner

Mirroring Grill 1-2-5’s casually artistic direction, Executive Chef David Tarr and Director of Food & Beverage Ken Knowles are designing an elegant 3-course prix fixe Valentine’s menu (in addition to the regular menu) that is relatable yet progressive in execution and full of romantic favorites.  The special menu includes classics like French onion soup, Belgian Endive cups, basil & feta salad tasting spoons, filet, crab cake, spinach stuffed chicken roulade and more.  The Valentine’s Day holiday dinner on the 14th will be served in the main dining with seatings beginning at 5:30 pm.   Please contact the restaurant directly at 607.962.5000 ext 127 for more info and reservations.
