Mardi Gras Food Fest at Grill 1-2-5


Grill 1-2-5 presents the First Annual Mardi Gras Food Fest February 19th to February 25th.  Executive Chef David Tarr is partnering with Guest Chef Jamie Cadden, formerly of Black Water Grill (St Simons Island, Georgia) and of Diners, Dives and Drive-ins TV fame, to bring guests a week-long celebration of southern food classics.  Menu highlights include: chicken and sausage gumbo, boudin fritters, red beans and rice, crawfish etouffee, shrimp po boy and more.  Served 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm daily throughout Mardi Gras Food Fest week.  Reservations can be made by calling 607.962.5000 ext 127.
