Finger Lakes Turkey HuntingLicensed local guides will lead your hunt providing you with everything you'll need from Finger Lakes taxidermists and processors to unique hand-crafted hunting supplies.

Steuben County has the highest deer population per square mile of any NY county. Pre-season total of 43 per sq. mile, more than twice the New York State average. Nearly 21,000 whitetail deer harvested annually. More than 4,000 acres of privately owned land available for leasing, including over 8,000 bucks.

According to J. Michael Kelly of New York Game and Fish Magazine - "In sheer numerical terms, Steuben County stands out year after year. It is the perennial state leader in total deer and buck kills.

Steuben County ranks in the top 10 for fall and spring turkey harvest in New York State. Annual wild turkey harvest ranks in the top 10% statewide during fall and spring harvest.
